Total Estimated Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Shipping Time (6–10 business days)

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Wall Buy Frames is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Wall Buy Frames is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors or household members
• Contacting your local carrier or post office
• Filing a claim directly with the carrier
Refunds or replacements are not issued for packages marked as delivered.
