• Finding a similar item elsewhere
• Not liking how it looks in your room

Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in our product quality and packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly assist you.
To be eligible for a replacement due to damage or defect:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• You must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue and packaging
• The damage must not be caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
If approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued — only replacements will be provided for verified defects or shipping damage.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Wall Buy Frames is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, we recommend:

• Contacting your local post office or carrier
• Filing a claim with the carrier if necessary
We are not able to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
Incorrect Address
